  • 🦷 Impacted tooth surgery (separate budget)

    • 👉Soft tissue partially covering tooth1,500 THB / tooth
    • 👉Requires bone trimming or tooth sectioning2,500 THB / tooth

  • 🦷 Removable dentures

    1,500 – 6,000 THB

    Includes denture repair at 900 THB / visit

  • 🦷 Implant-supported full dentures

    For patients with complete tooth loss who cannot wear removable dentures

    • 👉Surgery cost17,500 THB / case
    • 👉Implant set3,300 THB
    • 👉Includes follow-up care per conditions

Eligibility Requirements

  1. 1Contributions completed for at least 3 months within the 15 months prior to treatment.
  2. 2For tooth extractions, an X-ray assessment is required beforehand.
  3. 3Present your national ID card on the day of treatment to verify eligibility.

Reimbursement Process (for Implants)

Required Documents

  • 👉Original receipt and medical certificate
  • 👉Copy of bank account book
  • 👉SSO Form 2-01 (สปส.2-01)

Online Submission Steps ✨

  1. 1Log in to the insured person portal
  2. 2Select e-Self Service
  3. 3Choose the Dental Rights menu
  4. 4Enter your treatment information
  5. 5Upload the required documents
  6. 6Review and confirm your submission

If all documents are correct, funds will be transferred to your bank account within approximately 5 – 7 business days.
